INITIAL CONSULTATION:

a free initial consultation to explore requested itinerary and proposals


ENGAGEMENT FEE:

once an itinerary framework is set up, an engagement fee of 350€ is required before we begin more detailed work on the plan
the engagement fee is a non-refundable deposit


ITINERARIES:

detailed itinerary proposals will be provided to meet full customer satisfaction


PAYMENT:

final itinerary approval and payment of invoice upon receipt (in case of cancellation there will be reimbursement where applicable)
the final fee will be the 30% applied on the total budget
all prices are quoted in EURO.
